A complete program with boat trip, guided walk and lunch
We will start the program in the princess of Alentejo, Vila Nova de Milfontes, where we will board the Mil Emotions boat, which will take us along the Mira river to the interior. During the 90-minute trip, you will have the opportunity to observe different species of shorebirds that feed on the banks of the Mira River. We will have a breathtaking view of the wild nature that surrounds it, where the calm of the river enters the soul.
The boat has its destination in Moitas, where we will continue our journey on foot for two hours. We will go up to the mountain, where the view over the river is unique. We will walk through forests and fields, where the guide will reveal the secrets of the medicinal and culinary uses of plants. You will also get to know the fauna that lives in this region, as well as a little about the history and culture of the place.
The walk will end in Troviscais, a small village in the municipality of Odemira, where Associação Recreativa de Troviscais will be waiting for you with a delicious typical Alentejo lunch.
At the end, you will have a transfer service at your disposal that will take you back to Vila Nova de Milfontes.
